LIVE TO SERVE PICK UP POLICY
In order to ensure the integrity and quality of our products, you are responsible for picking up your package at the agreed upon time, on the agreed upon date. If you need to reschedule, you must reschedule (at minimum) 2 hours prior to your pick up time.
If your package(s) is/are not picked up within or at the agreed upon date and time, the package will be discarded without a refund due to lack of adequate storage to maintain quality of the product(s). There are no exceptions.
Please note that if an order is placed over the phone, facebook messenger, Instagram or our website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions once order is accepted.
