  1. How do I create an order for local pickup?
Pickup orders are for customers in upstate SC only. When checking out, enter the code "pickup" in the promo code box, and be sure to select the "+" for it to remove your shipping.  Also, please be add your phone number in your check out notes. I will use this number to contact you with the pickup location. If you do not leave a phone number, I will contact you using the email attached!

2. When will my order be ready for pickup?

Local pickup times vary based off of your purchase, as well as it being in stock. Generally all orders are processed, created and shipped once a week on Tuesdays- unless I have a birth to attend.  At the most, your order will be ready for pick up in 5 business days!

3. When will my order ship?

All orders ship once a week on Tuesdays. If your order is placed on a Tuesday and it requires shipping, it will not ship until the next Tuesday. The only time this day changes, is if I am called to a birth on shipping and processing day.

4. How long does it take for your to create my custom vaginal steam or herbal blend?


All custom herbal orders are created on Tuesdays. If your order is placed on a Tuesday, it will be created the following Tuesday.

5. How do you handle refunds?

Because all items are hand made with love and intention, there are no refunds available. BUT if you have any issues with your items please contact me and I am happy to make it right!

6. I didn't receive any directions when i ordered my vaginal steam or elderberry syrup kit. 

once your place your order for these items, you received a separate link within seconds with your downloadable directions. Each click on the link counts as a download. After the third download, this link will lock. Contact me if you have issues downloading"!
